Privacy at Moop
Moop is software for service-voucher companies. This is about the people who work in it: the office and the household helpers.
Who is responsible?
Your employer, the service-voucher company, decides what happens to your details. Moop keeps them on their behalf. For your login (your email address) Moop itself is responsible.
Which details?
Your email address to log in. For household helpers also name, mobile number, home address, languages, schedule, hours worked and absences, as the office fills them in.
What for?
To make the schedule, show your day and pass on hours worked for payroll. Your home address only serves to suggest who lives close to a customer.
Who sees them?
Your employer's office. Household helpers only see their own schedule and the customers they visit. Everything is on servers in the EU (Frankfurt).
How long?
As long as you work for the company. When you leave, your login loses access right away. The office can then delete you: name, contact details and address are erased, hours worked are kept without a name for payroll.
Your rights
You can ask which details are kept about you, have them corrected or erased. Ask your employer's office. Complaints go to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
